The Museum presented 24 mosaics fom the Fabbrica of St. Peter’s and private collections. On display were religious and secular works representative of several cultures, from ancient Greece and Rome to contemporary Mexico. The exhibit was a study in technique of the ancient and contemporary creation of this dateless art form. Nowhere in the world has this technique been so honored than by the Vatican Mosaic Studio.
