Knights of Columbus Museum: Past Exhibits

Seventh Annual Christmas Tree Festival

December 1, 2007 to February 3, 2008

Nearly 500 Connecticut schoolchildren, kindergarten through fifth grade, took part in the seventh annual Christmas Tree Festival.

Winning schools received gift certificates for educational products. Gifts of $500, $350, $200 and $100 were for first, second, third and  honorable mention, respectively.  Each school received a certificate for their tree’s uniqueness.

Each school was assigned an artificial tree to decorate. With help from museum staff and volunteers from the Knights of Columbus Supreme Council office, students decorated the trees with ornaments they created in class.
