This year the focus is on Poland, celebrating its 100th anniversary of independence. The show opens November 17, 2018.

The majority of the exhibition featured crèches from the museum’s own collection, including Polish szopki, stone sculptures from Zimbabwe and Hummel figurines. Also included were crèches on loan from Glencairn Museum (Pennsylvania), the International Marian Research Institute at the University of Dayton (Ohio), the Loyola University Museum of Art (Illinois), and Saint Joseph’s Oratory of Mount Royal (Québec).
