    November 18, 2017 - February 19, 2018

This Christmas exhibition featured more than 65 Nativity scenes from across the globe, celebrating the diversity of cultures that created them and the history of Christianity in their regions. The majority of the exhibition featured crèches from the museum’s own collection, including Polish szopki, stone sculptures from Zimbabwe and Hummel figurines. Also included were crèches on loan from Glencairn Museum (Pennsylvania), the International Marian Research Institute at the University of Dayton (Ohio), the Loyola University Museum of Art (Illinois), and Saint Joseph’s Oratory of Mount Royal (Québec).
